Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and dust bags, ensuring they are securely packed inside a shipping carton to prevent damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once received at our workshop, our specialists will inspect the items, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
